Due to the winning of the Irsa Power Plant Management Development Company in construction number 10 of Kashmir with a capacity of 100 megawatts, this company was handed over to this holding and it was decided to plan and implement this project as a project company.

Kashmer Solar Power Plant will be built in Razavi Khorasan province, Kashmer city and in the northern part of the road in front of the industrial town in Zamsani with an area of 150 hectares. A city known as Kashmir is located in the southwest of Khorasan Razavi province
The city of Kashmir is located at latitude 45 degrees and 11 minutes north and longitude 50 degrees and 44 minutes east, and its height is 1120 meters above sea level. In terms of geographical location, Kashmir is located in the eastern part of our dear country on the map of Iran. This city is 424 kilometers away from Mashhad. Kashmer city is considered the second pilgrimage city of Khorasan Razuri and the fourth pilgrimage city of Iran. Kashmir leads from the north to Kohsarakh, from the northeast to Torbat Heydarieh city, from east to south to Meh Velat city, and from the west to Khalil Abad and Bardeskan. The climate of Kashmir city is diverse due to the low and high altitudes in the land of this city and some other reasons.
